At Fivo Technology, we strive to deliver exceptional value through Fivo Flow, our task management platform. We understand that our service may not always meet every business’s specific needs. Below is our straightforward and customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy:

Free Trial

All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of our premium features. During this period, you can explore all functionalities at no cost. No payment is required unless you choose to upgrade after the trial ends.

Refund Eligibility

If you decide to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial and find that Fivo Flow does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund. To qualify:

  • Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the original subscription or payment date.
  • Refunds will only be issued for first-time purchases of a paid plan. Renewals and upgrades are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@fivoflow.com with the following details:

  • Registered account email
  • Organization name
  • Invoice or payment receipt
  • Brief reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request within 7 business days, and if approved, process the refund back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Partial refund requests for unused time or features
  • Downgrades from a higher plan to a lower one during an active billing cycle
  • Account terminations by the user (no pro-rata refunds for unused time)

Subscription Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access to premium features continues until the current billing cycle ends.

Switching to a lower-priced plan takes effect from the next billing cycle; no credits or refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current cycle.
