• Not be barred under any applicable laws from using our services

Organizations must authorize a representative to act on their behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Fivo Flow. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Fivo Technology is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

a. Free Plan

Provides limited access to core features. May include restrictions on the number of users, projects, or integrations.

b. Paid Plans

Offer additional features and higher usage limits. Pricing and features are described on https://fivoflow.com/pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via third-party payment processors.

c. Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• We do not store card details. Payment is securely processed by partners like Razorpay or Stripe.
• You can cancel your plan anytime; however, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

5. License and Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Fivo Flow for business or personal productivity.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the platform
• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Upload or distribute harmful or unauthorized content
• Violate any applicable laws, intellectual property, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Fivo Flow is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and organizational data.

You retain full ownership of your task and project content. We do not claim rights over your data. However, by using our service, you grant us permission to host and process your content solely to deliver the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Fivo Flow available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict the service temporarily for:

• Maintenance
• System upgrades
• Security reasons
• Events beyond our control (force majeure)

Fivo Technology will not be liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

You may stop using Fivo Flow at any time by deactivating your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate our Terms
• Are inactive for extended periods
• Pose a security or legal risk

Upon termination, your access to the platform and data may be deleted or restricted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Fivo Flow, including software, branding, logos, graphics, documentation, and interface elements, are the intellectual property of Fivo Technology or its licensors.

You agree not to use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Fivo Technology is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the platform.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the past 6 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fivo Technology, its owner, affiliates, and service providers against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
